Aaron J. Conn is a 2011 graduate of Creighton University School of Law.  He joined the firm as an associate in July of 2013 after practicing law in Omaha, Nebraska for a year and a half.  He became a partner in the firm in 2017.  In his time with the firm, Mr. Conn has acted as Deputy Sheridan County Attorney, in charge of criminal prosecutions in all misdemeanor cases and shared prosecution duties with County Attorney, Jamian J. Simmons, in felony cases.  Further, he has appeared as lead counsel in a variety of civil matters including real estate disputes, boundary and fence disputes, contractual disputes and probate matters.  Mr. Conn also assists individuals looking to start a new business in the document drafting and filing process.  Mr. Conn is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association (Inactive Status), the Nebraska County Attorney’s Association, and the Nebraska Family Law Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
