Jamian J. Simmons is a 2006 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law. She joined the firm as an associate in 2006 and became a partner in 2010. Since joining Smith, King and Simmons, Ms. Simmons has acted as Deputy Sheridan County Attorney, in charge of criminal prosecution. She has appeared as lead counsel in criminal and civil cases throughout north-central and the northwestern panhandle of Nebraska. Ms. Simmons is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association, the Nebraska County Attorney's Association, and the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. She is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Gordon, and has served as a member of the Northwest Community Action Partnership Board of Directors since 2008.
